ZEPHYR’s new ZT680 Series Microstop Cage has been designed for continuous operation at any speed up to 10,000 rpm in the most demanding applications. This makes them well suited for all metallic, graphite and composite materials used in the airframe industry today. Quality standards have been held to insure the highest levels of accuracy and performance.

- Fail safe positive stop design insures accurate repeatability and eliminates any possibility of work piece damage.
- Built-in felt dust shield eliminates composite/graphite dust contamination of the radial ball bearings, significantly extending product life.
- 1/4″ shaft travel.
- Improved thrust system, significantly increases the run time between adjustments and product life.
- Left hand threaded hex lock ring eliminates any possibility of inadvertent resetting of primary adjustment.
- Available with standard 1/4″-28 and 6mm (special) internally threaded shafts.
- 3/4″ diameter cutter capacity with standard “S”-style footpieces, and 1″ cutter capacity with wide “W”-style footpieces.
