Shipping

Innovative Tooling Services ships most products via UPS on a daily basis. Free ground shipping to any of the 48 contiguous States. Additional shipping options are provided at checkout time via shopping cart. If you need to have items shipped differently than defined in our checkout process, please contact ITS or your aircraft tooling professional for a customized shipping quote.

Returns

Innovative Tooling Services (ITS) accepts returns within 15 days of original purchase date. Before returning an item to ITS, you must contact us and have an RMA (return material authorization) issued to you which must be on the packing slip along with your name, return address, telephone number and e-mail address.

- All products returned must be in original packaging without signs of wear or use and include all manuals or documentation.
- Scratched or damaged products can be declined for return at the sole discretion of ITS.
- Products not returned in original packaging will be declined for return.
- All products returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- ITS is not responsible for shipping costs to return products.
- All returned items must be returned to Innovative Tooling Services.
